Our Policy
In order to make your experience more enjoyable, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will do our very best to accommodate you but you may experience some delays in your service. If you are unable to make your appointment, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice, when possible. We understand that emergencies arise from time to time we simply ask that all of clients extend us their professional courtesy as we extend ours to you.
If you are having skin care treatment, please advise your technician or our receptionist when making your appointment of any allergies or food reactions you may have. Additionally, if you are taking any medication or using Retin-A, please share this information as well.
We desire to provide a healthy and tranquil environment; therefore we do not allow smoking or unsupervised children during your service or treatment.
We accept credit card (Visa/MasterCard) payments. Payment by personal check is also welcome with proper identification. A 50% deposit is required when booking three or more services.
If you are using a gift certificate for your services, please bring the certificate with you. All gift certificates are non-refundable and redeemable for services and merchandise only. Any unused certificate value cannot be redeemed for cash; however, a balance will be carried until such time that it is depleted. You may transfer your certificate to another person or exchange for another service or product except if you received your certificate as a result of a raffle drawing or door prize. Allure Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates or any unauthorized use.
